call the bomb squad!

i was in school, in class 11.. wen i was punished for wearing the wrong shoes(though i was a prefect myself!)

anyway.. so we were supposed to take rounds of the ground.. tired.. me and my friends simran and meha*(names changed) sneaked and sat in a corner on the ground..

simran(the girl who ate all of our's tiffins everyday before we'd even find out), started tellin me(i was new in the school), how since 3years diwali had been CRACKER-FREE in the school)

"you know ritasha, people are really scared of getting expelled from school. its really serious you know. and no one dares...."

"hmmm..."

but simran continues,"you know, i'm not scared.. and i am planning to do it! all you gotta do is come and watch.. it'll be our secret."

well.. risk interests me.. and i was in!

so we plan the day.. simran has to get the cracker and the matchbox.. meha has to get the wick extension...


it was a saturday we planned.. thursday and friday evryone went through strict checking(just in case).. saturday arrived!

i was so excited to watch the show while simran did what she promised.
so we 3 gathered. i collected the stuff and realised simran had forgotten to get the matchbox!

"now what? do we cancel this?", said meha.

simran and i thought we should just do it!
so we went to the physics lab(remember that parallax experiment with candles, ya, hehe)

so we went to the physics lab for REVISING the experiment, impressed the teacher, stole a matchbox and rushed to the girls washroom..

simran chickened out.. n it was actually me and meha who had to do it.. we lit the extended wick so we had enough time to reach the class in time.. i managed the class and boooom!! awesome!

well, much louder than expected! oh we loved it.. and so did evryone else!

a guy almost got caught for our prank.. oh, we were going to own up, when someone acted as his alibi! phew!

though they put up a whole team to find out who was behind it!!

oh and people got a new topic to discuss.. they thought our 5rs cracker was a BOMB!
how miresh said,"IT IS A GUYS WORK.. GIRLS CAN'T DO IT!". he told me!!!

oh how i controlled my laughter!!!

and the funniest part was trying to make my friend neha believe that i did the feared!! oh i can still remember the look on your face neha!! whoa!;)
